As the IEEE ICRA conference attracts more and more commercial robotics companies, our industry-related activities at ICRA have also grown to better reflect the current needs of all IEEE Robotics and Automation Society (RAS) members, from students planning start-ups to industry veterans who are recruiting, exhibiting, and trying to stay abreast of the latest trends in robotics research. Besides continuing traditional activities, the Industrial Activities Board (IAB) of RAS also got involved in some new activities ( Figure 1 ).
